摘要 基于安全壳隔离系统旁路逆止阀的具体使用环境及功能特点,并针对在役使用的逆止阀密封性差、检修困难等缺点,设计了一种新型的安全壳隔离系统旁路逆止阀,确定阀门的技术参数,开展阀门的结构设计研究,在阀门的结构设计中,引入安全阀的设计概念,重点考虑超压时的卸压需求和关闭状态的密封性能要求。新型逆止阀结构紧凑、密封可靠、检修便捷。同时按照ASME标准对阀门的阀体壁厚、阀体薄膜应力、管道端部载荷、连接螺纹等进行了设计计算,阀门的设计计算评定结果满足标准要求。 According to the application environment and function features of check valve for containment isolation system bypass of nuclear power plant, and in order to improve the sealing and maintenance performance of the check valve in service, a new type of check valve for containment isolation system bypass was designed. This paper determined the technical parameters, and carried out structural design research of the valve. In the structural design, the concept of the safety valve was introduced in, and the structure design focused on considering the over pressure relief function and sealing performance of the valve. The new designed check valve was compact, reliable sealing and easy maintenance. As per ASME standard, this paper completed design calculation for the valve body wall thickness, valve body film stress, pipe end load, connecting thread stress and so on, and the design calculation results showed that the check valve can meet the standard requirements.
