摘要
永磁同步电机高转速运行时,在离心力作用下,转子与内嵌磁钢呈现非线性接触状态。介绍了此类非线性接触问题的有限元求解方法。以某分数槽集中绕组永磁同步电机转子与磁钢的接触分析为例,应用Ansys软件建立了三维有限元模型,对高速旋转工况下转子与磁钢的接触情况进行三维有限元分析,得出了应力和变形结果。结果表明该转子结构可满足电机设计转速时的机械强度要求。
When a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is running at a high speed, a non-linear contact occurs between the rotor and embedded magnets under the effect of centrifugal force. In this paper, the finite element analysis method of this kind of nonlinear contact problems is introduced. By taking the contact analysis of the rotor and magnetic steel of a fractional-slot concentrated windings PMSM for example, the soft-ware ANSYS is employed to create the 3D finite element model and a three dimensional finite element analysis of the contact situation between the magnetic steel and the rotor is carried out. The von raises stress and the sum of displacement of rotor are then obtained. Results show that the structure design can meet the requirements on mechanical strength when the motor running at the desired speed.
