摘要
伴随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,高校的物业管理服务逐渐由传统的行政管理模式向专业的市场服务模式转变。如何在现代社会下建立一套适用于高校发展的物业管理服务模式,在提高物业管理的服务水平和服务质量的同时促进高校自身的不断发展,达到高校社会效益、环境效益、经济效益三者的和谐统一。
With the continuous furthering of the socialization reforms of university logistics, the universities ' logistics management ser- vice has gradually been shifting from the traditional mode of administration management to the professional mode of services in market. This article addresses how to establish a set of logistics management and service mode that is in accordance with the development of uni- versities in the modem society, to promote the constant development of the universities while promoting the service level and quality of lo- gistics management, and to achieve a harmonious integrity of social, environmental and economic profits for universities.
