摘要
采用预置粉末的方法,在700 MPa钢板表面利用激光熔覆技术制备了含氮Fe基非晶复合涂层。通过分析扫描速度及功率对熔覆层显微硬度的影响,发现只有在适当的扫描速度下制备的熔覆层才具有较高的显微硬度;而在一定扫描速率下,当激光功率在1.5kW时制备的熔覆层具有相对较高的显微硬度。与此同时,讨论了微合金元素Nb的添加以及N元素的含量对熔覆层显微硬度的影响。
With the preset powder,Fe-based amorphous composite coating was prepared by laser cladding on 700 MPa steel.The effects of laser scanning speed and laser power were studied on micro-hardness of laser cladding layer,which shows that a proper scanning speed and 1.5kW of laser power will be better for getting higher micro-hardness of laser cladding layer.At the same time,the influence of micro-alloy element Nb and Nitrogen content were studied on the micro-hardness of laser cladding layer.
