蛋白质酪氨酸激酶2/信号传导与转录激活因子3通路在瘦素调节小胶质细胞炎性反应中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 蛋白质酪氨酸激酶2/信号传导与转录激活因子3(JAK2/STAT3)通路是近年来发现的一条由细胞因子刺激的信号转导通路,参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡以及免疫调节等许多重要的生物学过程[1].本实验旨在观察瘦素作用小胶质细胞后是否通过JAK2/STAT3信号转导通路诱导小胶质细胞免疫应答反应,探讨瘦素对小胶质细胞免疫炎性反应调节的机制.
