谷氨酸及其受体在白质病变中的作用

摘要 中枢神经系统白质主要由神经元轴索和髓鞘细胞(少突胶质细胞)构成,除此以外还包括星形胶质细胞、小胶质细胞等.近年来研究结果显示,谷氨酸受体(GluR)在脑白质的各细胞组分中的分布、信号传导机制与脑皮质存在一定差异,同时由GluR和(或)谷氨酸转运体(GluT)介导的兴奋性损伤在多种白质病变的发生发展中扮演了重要角色.现通过回顾近年来的研究进展,介绍谷氨酸(Glu)在白质病变中的作用和意义.
