摘要
为了提高工程车辆的工作效率,采用自动换挡技术能使车辆根据外界载荷的变化调整变速器的输出功率,使车辆处于较佳状态。为使自动变速器中液力变矩器常在高效率区工作,深入研究了效率换挡规律的机理,并求解了效率换档规律曲线。同时,选取变速器输出轴转速和发动机转速作为输入,变速器挡位作为输出,设计了模糊换挡控制器,利用MATLAB/Simulink对工程车辆的起步加速、作业工况升降挡和爬坡3种工况进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,设计的效率换挡模糊控制器能保证液力变矩器常在高效率区间工作。
In order to enhance the operation efficiency of the engineering vehicle, automatic shifting technology is applied to control the output power of the transmission according to external load, so as to make the vehicle be in good state. To make the torque converter in the automatic transmission often operate in efficient zone, the paper studied the principle of efficient shifting schedule, and solved the curve of efficient shifting schedule. In addition, the rotary speed of the output shaft of the transmission and the rotary speed of the engine were taken as the input, and the gear of the transmission was taken as the output, a fuzzy shifting controller was designed. MATLAB/Simulink was applied to simulate and research the acceleration in start-up mode, upshift and downshift in operation mode and climbing mode of the vehicle. The simulation results showed the designed efficient shifting fuzzy controller guaranteed the torque converter to operate in efficient zone.
