摘要
为了对射流泵的参数进行优化,根据煤矿排水排渣射流泵的结构尺寸和工作参数,运用ANSYS CFX流体分析软件,建立射流泵三维实体模型并进行网格划分,确立边界条件,进行了数值模拟分析,最后得出射流泵的最佳工作参数,使射流泵的性能得到了提高。
In order to optimize the parameters of the jet pump, according to the structural dimensions and operation parameters of the water and slag jet pump used in collieries, the paper applied the fluid analysis sotlware ANSYS CFX to build the 3D solid model of the jet pump and conducted mesh division. In addition, it determined the boundary conditions as well as carried out numerical simulation and analysis. Finally, the optimal operation parameters of the jet pump were obtained, thus the performance of the let pump was enhanced.
