基于层压破碎理论的液压圆锥破碎机定锥强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 圆锥破碎机的破碎力计算是定、动锥强度分析的关键,直接影响强度分析的准确性。依据层压破碎理论,得到了与锥面实际受力分布相符的破碎力计算公式,应用ANSYS Workbench建立圆锥破碎机定锥的有限元模型,并对定锥进行了强度分析,从而获得了定锥的应力分布和刚度分布信息,为液压圆锥破碎机的设计提供理论依据。 The calculation of the crushing force of the cone crusher is the key for strength analysis on the fixed and moving cone, which directly affects the accuracy of the strength analysis. According to the laminated crushing theory, the calculation ,formulas of the crushing force was obtained, which accorded with actual stress distribution on the cone surface. In addition, ANSYS Workbench was applied to build the finite element model of the fixed cone of the cone crusher, and the strength of the fixed cone was analyzed, thus the stress distribution and stiffness distribution of the fixed cone were achieved, which offered theoretical reference for the design of the hydraulic cone crusher.
