摘要
针对目前洗煤机的锈蚀问题和传统除锈方法不足等现状,阐述了前混合磨料射流技术,并分析了磨料射流特点和其射流除锈机理,提出了利用前混合磨料射流除锈方案。实验表明,当除锈压力约为18 MPa,除锈靶距约为100 mm,喷嘴横移速度约为750 mm/min,除锈浓度约为25%,锈蚀样件除锈效果较好,为其他煤矿设备锈蚀技术维护提供一定参考价值。
The paper introduced the derusting status of domestic coal washers, and described premixed abrasive jet technique according to corrosion of coal washers and shortcomings of current derusting methods. It also analyzed features and derusting mechanism of abrasive jet, and proposed derusting scheme by using the premixed abrasive jet. Test results showed: derusting pressure was about 18 MPa, derusting target distance was about 100 mm, transverse speed of nozzle was about 750 mm/min, derusting density was about 25%, derusting effects of the corroded sample was excellent. The research offered some reference values for derusting and maintenance of other colliery facilities.
