急性肾损伤肾脏替代治疗时机的研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是临床常见的急危重症。据统计，人群AKI的发病率约为2100／百万。关于住院患者AKI发病率，国内外报道为3．19％-11．60％，但约有10．8％～67．0％的ICU患者在救治期间出现过不同程度的AKI。
