摘要
通过对山东、甘肃和安徽三省12市县初中毕业生调查,考察高中阶段教育机会分配的结构特征及其职业教育阶层化机制。当前义务教育后的普教与职教分流逐步异化为一种体制化屏蔽机制,基于职业分工和个性化的自主选择的义务教育后普教和职教的分流,在现实中扮演的却是淘汰性分流机制的角色,不自觉地变成了"一流"和"二流"教育的分水岭,家长和学生升入职业学校的热情显然不高。当前职业教育改革必须增强内驱力,促进弱势阶层向上流动。
