摘要
美国《法治教育法案》规定,法治教育是指"使非法律专业者获得与法律、法律程序、法律系统有关的知识和技能并领会其赖以建立的基本原则和价值的教育"。本文探究美国法治教育的源起、特点和成功经验,并结合我国有关政策要求,探讨我国青少年普法的创新之路。从资源平台建设、教育部门与司法部门间的合作、教学方法、教师培训四个方面,文章提出了改进我国青少年普法的具体建议。本文主张,我国的青少年普法应从"线性相对静态模式"发展成为"螺旋形的动态模式"。
Under the U. S. Law - Related Education Act of 1978, law-related education is defined as "education to equip non-lawyers with knowledge and skills pertaining to the law, the legal process, and the legal system, and the fundamental principles and values on which these are based. " This paper explores innovative approaches for achieving law-related education for youth by investigating the origins, features, and successful experiences of law-related education in the United States. The paper offers specific suggestions with regard to resource platform developing, partnership building, teaching method for law-related education, and teacher training. The paper characterizes the traditional model for law-related education in China as a "linear relative static model" and argues that it should be replaced with a "spiral dynamitic model. "
