烟蚜茧蜂寄生对麦二叉蚜体内解毒酶和保护酶活性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 烟蚜茧蜂Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead是蚜虫生物防治上的重要寄生蜂,采用分光光度法测定蚜虫被寄生后不同时期体内相关保护酶和解毒酶的活性变化情况,研究了烟蚜茧蜂寄生后对麦二叉蚜Schizaphis graminum(Rondani)体内解毒酶和保护酶活性的影响。麦二叉蚜被寄生后乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)活性在12、72 h时极显著低于对照组。酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)活性在3、5 h时明显低于对照组,但在24 h时ACP活性极显著高于对照。碱性磷酸酯酶(AKP)活性变化与对照组无显著性差异,仅在10、12 h时AKP活性略高于对照。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在24 h时显著高于对照。过氧化物酶(POD)活性在6 h时显著低于对照,在24 h时显著高于对照组。总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性与对照组相比无显著性变化。推测烟蚜茧蜂寄生后对麦二叉蚜体内ACh E活性有抑制作用,对ACP、CAT、POD活性后期有激活作用,对AKP、T-SOD活性无显著影响。 Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead plays an important role in biological control of aphid. In this study, the method of spectrophotometric was used to observe fluctuations of the activity of protective and detoxification enzymes at some periods in Schizaphis graminum, which were parasitized by Aphidius gifuensis. We found the effect of parasitism by Aphidius gifuensis on the activity of protective and detox- ification enzymes in Schizaphis graminum. The results show that in Schizaphis graminum, after parasit- ized by Aphidius gifuensis, the activity of AChE was lower than the controls at 12 h and 72 h; the ac- tivity of ACP was lower than that of the controls at 3 h and 5 h and was higher than the control at 24 h ; the activity of AKP increase at the stages of 10 h and 24 h ; the activity of CAT was higher than that of the control at 24 h ; the activity of POD was lower than the at control at 6 h and was higher than at the control at 24 h ; the activity of T-SOD had no significant differences between the infections and the controls. It is speculated that in Schizaphis graminum, after parasitized by Aphidius gifuensis the activity of AChE was inhibited,while the activity of ACP, CAT and POD were activated in later stage of parasitism,the activity of AKP and T-SOD had no significant differences between the infections and the controis.
