肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎6例诊疗体会 被引量：4

摘要 肛周坏死性筋膜炎（perianal necrotizing fasciitis,PNF）是一种少见、进展迅速、以广泛肛周和会阴三角区皮下组织和筋膜坏死、产生气体为特征的爆发性软组织感染性疾病,常伴有严重的全身中毒症状。其发病机制尚无确切定论,大多数情况下为需氧菌和厌氧菌混合感染。
