城市电网大面积停电快速恢复系统研究

Research for Fast Recovery System of Urban Power Grid Blackouts

为解决城市电网大面积停电后快速安全恢复供电，本文研究开发一套在线城市电网大面积停电灾害预警、智能化决策及故障后快速恢复系统。该系统能及时发现电网的安全隐患，提出预防控制措施；并离线对可能发生的较大规模的电力系统事故进行分析计算，提出事故处理和系统恢复方案。该系统能缩短因故障而停电的时间，提高供电可靠性。

In order to quickly and safely restore power after city power grid blackouts, this paper develop a rapid recovery system, which has an online urban power grid blackouts disaster warning, intelligent decision-making. The system can detect security risks of grid, propose prevention and control measurement; and off-line analysis and calculations for large-scale power system, can propose recovery plan. The system can shorten outage time and improve reliability.
