对20侧新鲜成年尸足解剖,观测展肌的形态、血供和神经支配。该肌血供和神经支配分别来自足底内侧动静脉和足底内侧神经.可设计以足底内侧血管和足底内侧神经为蒂的展肌瓣,以期游离移植修复和重建面瘫等功能缺失。

The abductor hallucis muscles fr-om 20 lower extremities of fresh ad-ult cadavers were studied on their mo-rphology,blood supply and innerva-tion.The muscle is supplied by themedial plantar vessels and the medialplantar nerve.Based on the vessels andnerve an abductor hallucis muscle flapfor free transplantation can be form-ed.This flap is usually used for thereanimation of facial paralysis.
