顺铂联合新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床研究

Clinical Studies on Cisplatin Combined with Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的分析顺铂联合新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床价值。方法将2012年10月-2014年10月收治的62例局部晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各31例；对照组给予常规放射治疗，观察组给予顺铂联合新辅助化疗治疗，对两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况进行观察和分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显较低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论顺铂联合新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌效果显著，可有效缩小肿瘤体积，降低肿瘤细胞的活动性，减少了不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze cisplatin combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for the treatment of locally ad- vanced cervical cancer. Methods 62 cases of locally advanced cervical cancer patients who treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 31 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional radiation therapy, and the patients in the observation group received cisplatin combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reaction of the patients in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results The total therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, but the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly decreased, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Cisplatin combined with neo- adjuvant chemotherapy has significant effect in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer, it can effectively shrink the tumor volume, decrease the activity of tumor cells and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
