Operating Room Nursing Quality of Emergency Surgery Patients Physiological and Psychological Effects

目的观察分析手术室优质护理对急诊手术患者生理、心理的影响。方法现选择2014年9月-2015年3月中本院收治的80例急诊手术患者作为研究对象，随机分入观察组和对照组，每组40例，在对照组采用常规的护理方式，在观察组采用常规护理下加用优质护理。最终分析观察两组患者的综合护理及治疗效果。结果在对照组中的患者麻醉前收缩压、心率同术前2h相比，P〈0．05，差异显著具有统计学意义。对照组在护理后的SAS评分和SDS评分也明显高于观察组，可见观察组的护理效果更显著。结论在对急诊手术患者进行优质护理能极大的增强患者生理、心理方面的恢复，从而达到更好的护理和治疗效果，值得广泛的在临床上进行推广运用。

Objective To observe the quality analysis of the operating room nursing in emergency surgery patients physiological and psychological effects. Methods Now select 3 months between September 2014 and 2014 in our hospital treated 80 cases of emergency surgery patients as the research object, randomly assigned into the observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, in the control group, the conventional way of nursing in the observation group with normal under the care and use of high quality nursing care. The final analysis to observe the comprehensive care and treatment of two groups of patients. Results Systolic blood pressure, heart rate before anesthesia in patients in the control group compared with preoperative 2 h, P 〈 0. 05, significant difference statistically significant. The control group after nursing SAS scores and SDS score also significantly higher than the observation group, the nursing effect of observation group is more significant. Conclusions in patients with emergency surgery for patients with quality care can greatly enhance physiological and psychological aspects of the recovery, so as to achieve better care and treatment effect, is worth popularizing widely in clinical use.
