精密离心机动态俯仰失准角的定位测量技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 精密离心机动态俯仰失准角是影响精密离心机输出加速度精度的一个重要分量,必须进行精确测量,并将其作为影响因子补偿到精密离心机加速度输出模型中,使精密离心机输出高精度的加速度信号;文章介绍利用一只电容测微仪和外基准测量精密离心机动态俯仰失准角的方法,通过在精密离心机转盘上挖两个定位槽,采用定位测量法测量定位槽之间的部分相对于地球表面的俯仰失准角,并利用高低G值下的点对点测量值相减消除被测表面的形状误差,得到精确的俯仰失准角测试信号;对定位测量法的原理进行了介绍和论证,并开展了测试试验验证,证明该测量方法是可行的。 The dynamic longitudinal misalignment angle of the precision centrifuge is an important component which affects the accuracy of acceleration outputted by the precision centrifuge,it must be accurately measured,and as a compensation component,the measurement result should be added to the outputting acceleration model,it makes the precision centrifuge output high precision acceleration.In this paper,the test method of the dynamic misalignment pitch angle of the precision centrifuge with the use of a capacitance micrometer and external reference is introduced in detail.Through digging two positioning slots on the rotary table,by positioning measuring the dynamic pitch angle relative to the surface of earth of the part between two positioning slots,and using the way of measurement values point-to-point subtraction of high G running state and low G running state to eliminate the surface shape error being measured,thus,the high precision measurement result of the dynamic misalignment pitch angle will be obtained.The principle of positioning measurement method is introduced,and the verification test has showed that this measurement method is feasible.
