摘要
针对目前发电厂汽轮机速度检测需额外安装测速装置的问题,提出了一种基于光纤漫反射的速度检测新方法,并设计了非接触式汽轮机速度检测系统;系统以汽轮机轴钉作为光纤漫反射传感器采样点,利用MSP430F149对所采集的脉冲信号通过变M/T测速算法还原,然后依次完成速度显示、D/A转换和V/I转换,最后将还原的信号远距离传输至DCS集散控制系统;经工业现场调试,本设计方案可行、稳定,具有一定的实用性和推广性。
Aiming at the power plant turbine speed detection devices need to install additional speed detector,a speed fiber-based detection of diffuse new methods is proposed,and a turbine speed non-contact detection system is designed.System put turbine shaft nail as sampling point of optical fiber diffuse sensor,using MSP430F149 to revert the sampling pulse signals through variable M/T speed reduction algo-rithm,and then finish speed display,D/A conversion and V/I conversion,finally restored long-distance transmission signal to the DCS distributed control system.Industrial field applications shows that this design scheme is correct and feasible,and it has strong practicability and popularization.
