摘要 自动开伞器作为航空救生系统的关键组成器件,通过高度控制能够实现自动开伞,对其高度控制精度进行检测至关重要;提出了一种基于线性插值法的气压高度解算方法,据此设计了一套自动开伞器开伞高度模拟测试系统;系统选用PMC51绝压传感器和AD7705转换器进行信号采集和转换,采用STC89C52单片机作为主控制器进行数据处理和控制,实现了自动开伞器动作控制、高度模拟和实时显示;试验结果表明,利用该系统进行开伞高度检测的误差不差过0.1%,系统测量精确度高、稳定性好,能够满足各型自动开伞器开伞高度检测需要。 As the key component of aviation rescue system,the automatic parachute opener can open the parachute automatically by height control.So it is very important to detect the height control precision.Aiming at this point,a pressure altitude calculating method was put forward based on linear interpolation,accordingly,a simulation test system for unlocking height of automatic parachute opener was designed.This system selected the PMCS1 pressure sensor and AD7705 converter to perform data acquisition and conversion,and used STC89C52 MCU for data processing and control,so then realized the motion control of automatic parachute opener,height simulation and height real-time display.The experimental result shows that the system has high accuracy and good stability,can satisfy the request of unlocking height detection of various models of the automatic parachute opener,and its detection error is lower than 0.1%.
