摘要
为了满足对高清非压缩视频数据的实时采集要求,解决常用数据缓存因容量小、数据读写速率低等缺点带来的数据丢失问题,提出了一种基于DDR3SDRAM的高速大容量数据缓存的设计方法;该方法采用了不同时域数据处理技术、高速数据存储技术以及总线优先级仲裁技术,实现了数据速率高达400 Mbytes/s的实时数据的高速缓存;实践证明,该数据缓存可应用于高清非压缩视频数据的实时采集系统中。
In order to meet uncompressed High Definition Television data in real-time collection system,and solve the problem of data loss caused by small capacity and low bandwidth of common data buffer,a high speed and large capacity data buffer based on DDR3 SDRAM is proposed in this paper;The method includes the key techniques such as data transmission in different clock domain,high bandwidth data memory design and priority arbitration on data bus;data buffer can run at a high data rate up to 400Mbytes/s.The experimental proved that the data buffer can be applied to uncompressed High Definition Television collection system.
