摘要
针对弹载计算机类产品在出厂交付和故障排除中信号阻抗需要高效测试的要求,文章描述了一种通用阻抗测试仪的实现方法;利用ARM微处理器来控制继电器矩阵切换信号点,并通过配置不同的上位机软件实现了多品种弹载计算机产品的阻抗自动测试,提高了阻抗测试效率,同时避免了人工测试容易误操作的问题;经过某型号弹载计算机试用,该测试仪能够将阻抗测试时间缩短到人工测试的1/9,且全程测试无错误,达到了弹载计算机信号阻抗快速可靠测试的目的。
For the efficient test requirements of signal impedance in delivery inspection or failure recovery for missile computer,article describes an universal impedance test implementation.Based on relay matrix and software configuration,we realize impedance automatic testing for multiple missile computer systems,which improves testing efficiency and avoids errors in manual measurement.By some missile computer trial,test time was shcrtened at 1/9 relative to manual measurement and high efficiency reliable test objectives were achieved.
