新城发展的时空差异:对我国东中西三大区域的比较研究

A Comparative Study on Spatial-Temporal Differences of New Towns in China's Eastern,Central and Western Regions

随着城市化的快速推进,新城建设大量涌现。在我国东中西三地区新城均有较大发展,而三大区域在社会经济发展上的差异,使得新城拓展情况各不相同。针对现有研究缺乏对我国新城发展理论的系统总结,本文在对全国35个重要城市中新城相关数据梳理的基础上,总结我国新城在1990-2010的20年内新城拓展的总体情况及时空特征,分析在城市化和经济快速发展推动下新城建设的机制,最后针对目前新城发展出现的问题提出相应的政策建议。

With the rapid development of urbanization, a large number of new towns arose in China. Regarding different local social and economic situations, however, new towns emerged with different characteristics in different parts of China. As existing research lacked systematic summarization on theory of new towns＇ development in China, this paper dealt with remote sensing data of new towns of 35 major cities in China and summarized the overall situation and the spatial-temporal characteristics of the new towns＇ expansion in twenty years （1990 to 2010）.Meanwhile, the paper analyzed the mechanism of new towns＇ construction under rapid urbanization and economic development. Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding policy suggestions aiming at the problems of new towns＇ development.
