“一带一路”战略下煤炭工业的机遇分析与对策研究

Study on analysis and countermeasures of coal industrial opportunity under “one belt and one road” strategy

"一带一路"建设是我国在新形势下提出的国家重大发展战略,也是我国对外合作的重要倡议,煤炭工业作为我国重要的基础能源工业具有参与这一重大战略的基础。首先分析了"一带一路"沿线国家的经济社会发展状况及煤炭资源的赋存、开发及利用状况,剖析了我国煤炭工业特点,并进行了参与"一带一路"发展战略的SWOT分析,在此基础上,提出了煤炭企业参与国家"一带一路"建设的对策与建议,具有一定的参考价值。

The construction of the ＂one belt and one road＂ is a national important development strategy provided under a new situation in China, would also be a important proposal on the overseas cooperation of China and the coal industry as the important basic energy industry in China would have the base to participate in this important strategy. The paper firstly ana- lyzed the economic and social development status of the countries along the ＂one belt and one road＂ , and the coal resourc- es reserves, mining and utilization status, analyzed the coal industry features in China and had the SWOT analysis on the ＂pone belt and one road＂ development strategy participated. Based on the circumstances, the countermeasures and the propos- als for the coal enterprises participated in the construction of the ＂one belt and one road＂ were provided and would have certain reference value.
