摘要
山西省煤炭企业经过"黄金十年"的发展,随着煤炭行情急转直下,不得不面临转型发展的难题。严重失衡的产业结构和滞后的人才信息流通使转型难上加难。借助我国"一带一路"战略的规划和实质性进展,山西省煤炭企业将得到转型发展的契机。分析了煤炭产业的发展趋势,并通过寻找运用自身的比较优势,提出煤炭企业在"一带一路"战略下转型发展的创新之路。
After a ＂golden 10 years＂ development, with the urgent turning and straight downward of the coal business situa- tion, Shanxi provincial coal enterprises have to face a difficult problem of the transformation development. A serious unbal- anced industrial structure and the delayed human information circulation made the more difficulty to the transformation. With the planning and practical progress of China ＂one belt and one road strategy, Shanxi Provincial coal enterprises would have the opportunity of the transformation development. The paper analyzed the development tendency of the coal industry and the enterprises should seek the comparison advantages of its enterprises.
