摘要
目的:研究大强度间歇运动训练预防大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)模型形成的效果。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为四组:正常饮食安静组(9只,普通饲料喂养),高脂饮食安静组(9只,高脂饲料喂养),高脂饮食运动组(14只,高脂饲料喂养同时大强度运动干预),正常饮食运动组(15只,普通饲料喂养同时大强度运动干预)。8周后处死,观察各组大鼠肝脏形态,比较各组肝细胞脂肪变性程度、肝重、血脂等指标的变化。结果:高脂饮食安静组大鼠肝脏为灰黄色,肝细胞呈广泛脂肪变性,其变性程度、肝脏重量、血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均高于正常饮食安静组(P<0.01或0.05),高密度脂蛋白低于正常饮食安静组(P<0.05);高脂饮食运动组肝脏为红褐色,肝细胞脂肪变性程度、肝脏重量、血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯均低于高脂饮食安静组(P<0.01或0.05);正常饮食运动组的肝脏脂肪变性程度与正常饮食安静组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但肝重、血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯均显著低于正常饮食安静组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:大强度间歇训练可以有效预防高脂饮食形成的NAFLD。
Purpose To study the preventive effects of high-intensity interval training(HIT) on the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by high-fat diet in rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to standard diet with or without HIT groups and high-fat diet with or without HIT groups. 60-min HIT was performed once a day and lasted for 8 weeks. Thereafter,the liver morphology,steatosis severity and serum lipid among the four groups were compared. Results The livers in high-fat diet without HIT group present yellow color and the severity of steatosis aggravates,the liver weight,serum cholesterol(CHO),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol increase,and the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol decreases as compared with that in standard diet without HIT group. The livers in high-fat diet with HIT group present reddish brown color,the severity of steatosis eases,and liver weight,serum CHO and triglycerides(TG) are all decreased as compared with that in high-fat diet without HIT group. The liver weight,serum CHO and TG in standard-diet with HIT group are lower than that in standard-diet without HIT group,while there is no statistical difference in steatosis severity between the two groups. Conclusions HIT can prevent the formation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced by high-fat diet in rats.
