人工骨膜研制进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨膜是被覆在除关节以外几乎所有骨表面上的致密结缔组织膜,由外部的纤维层和内部的形成层组成,在骨发育和骨折愈合中发挥着重要的作用。纤维层含有成纤维细胞、胶原和弹性纤维,神经和微血管网络,提供骨膜的机械稳定性。形成层则储存大量不同类型的细胞,为骨形成和修复提供细胞来源。动物实验和临床实践均已证明去除骨膜将导致新骨形成和新血管生成减少,从而影响骨缺损的修复和重建。
