摘要
为了使水电站能够安全、可靠、经济地运行,针对双江口水电站水轮发电机组容量大、运行水头较高,以及水流中含有大量泥沙等特点,开展了大量的技术研究与分析工作。基于分析结果,提出了相应的解决措施,即对水轮机设置筒形阀。系统地对设置筒形阀的必要性、可行性、经济性及其运行的可靠性进行了研究,结果表明,对该水电站水轮机设置筒形阀在技术上是可行的、经济上是合理的,而且能为类似条件的水电站水轮机设置筒形阀提供一定的参考。
To ensure the safe, stable and economical operation of the hydropower station, the technical study and analysis are conducted according to the characteristics of the turbine generator unit of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station including the large generator capacity, high operating head, and the large quantity of sediments in the flow. Based on the analysis results, corre- spondent measures are worked out: to install cylindrical valve in the turbine. The necessity, feasibility and economic efficiency of the cylindrical valve are studied. The results show that the installation is technically feasible and economically efficient, which will provide reference for the installation of cylindrical valve in turbines of other hydropower stations in similar conditions.
