Objective:To investigate the three different ways about three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT),intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)and conventional radiotherapy(CRT)on postoperative radiation therapy in patients with cervical cancer and the impact on the surrounding tissue lesions. Methods:Choose 156 patients who diagnosed with cervical cancerⅠ a,Ⅰb,Ⅱa,Ⅱb period in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2012,and those cervical cancer postoperative need radiotherapy. We divided those patients into three groups depending on the radiation way into 3DCRT(group 1),IMRT(group 2)and CRT(group 3).By retrospective analysis of the three groups of patients with radiotherapy and comparative analysis of postoperative radiotherapy in patients with relief of symptoms, the patient's survival rate and recurrence rate in 3years,as well as the lesion on surrounding tissue of the three radiotherapy methods. Results:The sorting of the three radiotherapy methods for treatment:Group2> Group1> group3,and the degree of influence on the surrounding tissue of the three methods is represented as:group3>group1>group2,and the difference was significant, statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment effects of the three-dimension conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT)and intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)for cervical cancer postoperative were superior to conventional radiotherapy(CRT),and intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)is better than the three-dimension conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT).
