从加州大学Shiley眼科医院年度报告看中美两国在青光眼领域的差距

摘要 目的:比较中美两国在青光眼领域的差距。方法:依据加州大学Shiley眼科医院2014年年度报告以及其他公开的资料,从临床研究、基础研究、研究经费以及学术影响力等几个方面进行比较。结果:青光眼的降眼压新药和新型抗青光眼手术的临床试验大部分在美国,美国用于青光眼的研究经费多于中国,青光眼专家的学术影响力也明显超过中国。结论:中美两国在青光眼领域有较大的差距,但中国在逐步赶上。 Objective:To compare the gap of glaucoma research between China and America Methods:The disparity of glaucoma research in China and America was compared in respect of clinical research,basic research,research grants,and academic influence according to the 2014 annual report of Shiley Eye Center of University of California and the other published reports.Results:A majority of novel ocular antihypertensive compounds and clinic tests for glaucoma operation procedures were performed in America.The grants for glaucoma research in America were more than those in China.The academic influence of glaucoma experts in America was higher than that in China.Conclusion:The gap is large in the field of glaucoma between China and America,but is narrowing.
