基于就业教育的法学实践教学研究

Legal Practice Teaching Based on Employment Education

法学实践教学与法学专业的就业教育紧密相联、相辅相成,就业教育为实践教学提供方向和目标,实践教学为就业教育提供方法和手段。法治国家建设以及司法改革的推行,为当下法学实践教学和就业教育提出了更为专业化的要求。目前,我国的法学实践教学仍然存在着一系列的问题,在分析不足、借鉴国外法学实践教学经验基础上,完善我国的法学实践教学课程设置、增加实践课程比重,丰富和完善法学实践教学的内容和形式,建立系统的实践教学质量评价体系,是提升我国现阶段基于就业教育的法学实践教学能力和水平的重要途径。

Legal practice teaching is closely related to the employment education, employment education provides the direction and target for the practical teaching, practice teaching provides methods and means for the employment education. The construction of the rule of law and the implementation of the judicial reform put forward more professional requirements on the current law practice teaching and employment education. At present, there are still a series of problems existing in the practice teaching of our country. It＇ s imperative to perfect our country＇ s legal practice teaching curriculum, to increase the proportion of practical courses, to enrich and to improve the content and form of the practice teaching of law, and to establish the system of practical teaching quality evaluation system.
