高师院校与中小学实施科研合作的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 中小学教师科研能力薄弱是基础教育普遍存在的问题,而教育科研能力又是教师专业化发展过程中不可或缺的基本功,是直接影响到基础教育质量的重要因素。高师院校肩负着基础教育领域输送师资的重任,其人才培养的规格与质量直接影响到基础教育的质量。构建U-S合作平台,帮助中小学解决教育实践中的具体问题,既有助于工作在教学第一线的教师科研能力的提升和高校实用型人才的培养,又有助于促进中小学教育教学质量的提高。 Scientific research ability of primary and secondary school teachers is weak,which is a common problem existing in the basic education. However,the scientific research ability is essential in the process of teacher professional development,and it is also an important factor that directly affects the quality of basic education. Normal universities shoulder the mission of cultivating teachers for basic education,and the quality of its talent cultivation directly affects quality of basic education. Construction of U-S cooperation platform helps schools to solve specific problems in the practice of education. It is not only helpful for the improvement of scientific research ability of primary and secondary school teachers and cultivation of application-oriented personnel of universities,but also helpful for the teaching quality of primary and secondary schools.
