摘要
文章分析了目前医院净化工程市场存在的问题,认为DBB、DB、EPC三种承发包模式比较适合现有市场环境下的医院净化工程,并归纳了三种承发包模式的特点及适用范围;重点分析了DB承发包模式的优势,特别是在医院净化工程四个重要环节中的运用,并提出了建议。
This article proposes that at present the market of purification engineering in hospital exists the problems of lack of the supervision and management, shortage of the professional designers and supervisors, the spotty constructors. It also demonstrates that the DBB, DB, EPC project delivery models are suitable for the current market environment of purification engineering in hospital, and summarizes the characteristics and application of the three models. It analyzes the application of DB model in four important links of the purification engineering in hospital and presents some advice.
