摘要
结合具体卷烟技改工程项目管理实践,站在业主方角度,分别从优选设计单位、提供条件保证和加强项目参与者的沟通协作三个方面,提出了提高业主方设计管理水平的一系列措施。
Based on practice of the technical renovation in the cigarette industrial enterprise, from the angle of the owners, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the management level of the owner＇s design management respectively from optimized selection of design company, provide condition guarantee for the smooth development of design work, strengthen the communication and cooperation between the participants in the design work and the design stage.
