产业集群网中科技团队推荐方法的研究

On the Recommended Approaches of Sci-tech Team in the Industrial Cluster Net

针对产业集群网络中对人员层信息应用的缺陷,以及无法利用有向加权小世界网络特性研究人员之间存在的各种关系。本文利用集群网中人员节点特征,用条件随机场模型分析节点间的联系,层次分析法确定模型中的系数,并找出不同领域中人员的联系,提出了一种科技团队推荐的方法,并将人员特征信息量化,作为特征向量添加到计算人员节点权值中。最后,根据候选人员的优先度来组成科技团队。实例证明,通过该推荐方法得到的团队在产业网中具有一定的有效性和实用价值。

Because the defects of the personnel layer information application in industrial cluster network, and the various relationships among the people cannot be researched by using the features of directed-weighted small-world network, this paper uses the characteristics of personnel node in cluster network and the conditional random field model to analyze the relationship among nodes, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine coefficients in the model and find out the connections among the people in different areas, puts forward a recommended method of sci-tech team, takes the quantization of personnel information as the feature vectors to add them to the personnel node weights calculation. Finally, the sci-tech team is formed by the priority list. The examples prove that the team obtained by this recommended method has a certain effectiveness and practical value in the industry net.
