知识管理能力与中小企业成长性关系研究

Study on the Relationship between the Ability of Knowledge Management and the Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

知识管理能力是保证知识管理有效实施的前提条件,也是中小企业持续成长的关键。本文在已有研究回顾和总结的基础上,构建了知识管理能力和中小企业成长性的评价指标,并进行了信度分析和因子分析;进而建立了二者关系的理论模型,并提出相关研究假设;采用相关分析和回归分析统计方法研究得出,知识管理能力与中小企业成长性之间存在正相关关系;最后有针对性的提出了中小企业提升知识管理能力的建议。

The ability of knowledge management is prerequisite to ensure effective implementation of knowledge management, and also the key of sustained growth for small and medium-sized enterprise. In this paper, on the basic of the existing research review and summary, the evaluation indexes for the ability of knowledge management and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises are constructed, and the reliability analysis and factor analysis are carried out; and then, then theoretical models for the relationship between the two are established, and relevant research hypothesis is put forward. The positive correlation relationship between the ability of knowledge management and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is obtained by using correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally, some pointed suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the ability of knowledge management are put forward.
