With the advancement of urbanization, the quantity of China＇s urban and rural residential construction has greatly increased. But production mode of housing industry is still at the traditional extensive and low-level stage. It greatly restricts the improvement of housing quality. Survey research shows that, the housing industrialization accelerates the structure adjustment of housing industry and the change of production ways by the efficient construction efficiency, benefit and value. It becomes one of the most potential ways of solving the problem of China＇s population lives. This article mainly introduces the meaning and current development situation of China＇s housing industrialization, summarizes the advantages of housing industrialization, summarizes the restricting factors and corresponding of housing industrialization to provide references for speeding up the decision of housing industrialization process.
