摘要
为体现项目的价值,应对项目进行项目全寿命期内各利益相关者满意度进行综合评价,本文在定性分析的基础上,在确定相关指标值时,考虑到评价指标值在进行量化的时候呈现出灰性,采取将指标值用灰数进行区间表示的方法,并用基于灰色理论与粗糙集理论的构造性方法对工程项目利益相关者满意度进行综合评价。并结合实例计算,说明该模型是可以作为对工程项目满意度评价的方法。
To reflect the value of the project, the project should be evaluated by comprehensive satisfaction of the whole lifetime of the project stakeholder. On the basis of qualitative analysis, when determining the relevant parameter values, with the consideration of that the value of indicators showing gray characteristic, the stakeholders' satisfaction of the construction project is comprehensively evaluated by the method of the gray interval number of indexes and the constructive method of grey theory and rough set theory. Combined with the practical calculation, it is proved that this model can be used as the satisfaction evaluation method for the construction project.
