Problems of the Operation Management of Unattended Substation Work in the Transformer Substation and the Suggestions for Improvement

变电站是电网的枢纽,变电站运行管理是电网运营管理中的重要环节。变电站无人值班工作的实施,对提高电网经济运行起到了积极促进作用,同时,无人值班变电站运行管理中也存在一些问题,本文从变电站操作人员地域布置、人员配置、学习培训等五个方面给出建议。

Transformer substation is the hub of power grid, the operation management of transformer substation is an important link of the operation management of power grid. The implementation of unattended substation work in the transformer substation plays a positive role in improving the economic operation of power grid. At the same time, there are some problems in the operation management of unattended substation work. This paper puts forward the suggestions from five aspects, such as operator regional layout in the transformer substation, staffing, learning and training and so on.
