基于叶尖定时的旋转叶片动态监测研究

摘要 通过研究叶尖定时信号的采集转化流程,为后续深入的信号处理奠定基础。在介绍叶尖定时系统及旋转试验台的基础上,详细研究了基于叶片振动信号的时间差值计算过程和实时位移计算过程。结果表明通过叶尖定时系统试验台进行信号采集,对原始信号进行时间差值和位移计算,得到了实时位移的数据,为后续信号分析奠定基础。 This article researched the acquisition, transformation and denoising of BTT signals in order to lay the foundation of next step of signal analysis in depth. The blade tip-timing system and rotating testing bench were introduced, then the calculation of time differential for blade vibration signals, the calculation of real-time displacement were studied. The result of real-time displacement based on the working bench of BTT system was got through the calculation of time differential and displacement, which laid the foundation of next step of signal analysis.
