摘要 目前火电厂普遍存在静电除尘效率低的现象,使得燃煤机组排出的烟气粉尘浓度经常出现严重超标现象,直接影响发电厂的经济效益。大唐户县热电厂采用高频电源静电除尘器的提效节能控制策略,并将机组负荷信号引入电除尘控制系统,作为电除尘的闭环控制信号,通过闭环信号量的变化,来反映锅炉投粉量的多少,进而把电除尘器耗电量控制在满足当前工况需要,改造后提高了机组燃煤经济性,降低了厂用电率,达到了节能的目的,而且降低了烟气排放的浓度,实现了机组减排的效果。 The thermal power plant has the phenomenon low efficiency of electrostatic precipitator, so that the flue gas dust concentration discharged by coal-fired units always exceeds seriously and directly affects economic benefit of power plants. Datang Huxian Thermal Power Plant used high-frequency power supply electrostatic precipitator for energy-saving, and introduced the unit load signal into electrostatic precipitation control system as a closed-loop control signal to reflect the amount of powder boiler cast through the change of closed-loop signal volume and then make the power consumption can meet current conditions. After the transfOrmatian, the economic benefit of coal-fired units is improved, the power consumption rate is reduced, the energy-saving purpose is reached, and the concentratioN of flue gas emissions is reduced, so the effectiveness of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.
