文章分析了激光焊接的工作原理和特点,以及激光焊接在汽车工业中的应用和发展前景,着重研究焊接参数如激光焊接,激光脉冲波形,激光脉冲宽度,离焦量,焊接速度,电流和频率对焊接质量的影响。
Working principle and characteristics of laser welding, application and development prospect of laser welding in automobile industry are analyzed. The effects of welding parameters, such as laser welding, laser pulse shape, laser pulse width, out of focus, welding speed, current and frequency on the welding quality are studied.
