摘要
生鲜产品是中小型超市吸引客流的重要经营部分,由于生鲜产品的易腐性导致其订货策略不同于一般的商品。现有的部分研究成果由于其复杂性导致中小型超市无法适用,同时其现行的生鲜产品订货策略存在一定的不足,因此本文基于报童模型对中小型超市生鲜产品的订货策略做出一定的改进,从而建立一种较为简便实用的生鲜产品订货模式。
Fresh product is an important part for small and medium-sized supermarkets to attract customers. The perishable nature of fresh products lead to its different ordering strategy from general commodity. Some of the existing research results are too complex for small and medium-sized supermarkets to apply, and the current fresh product ordering strategy is of certain deficiencies, so based on the newsboy model, this paper makes some improvement for the fresh product ordering strategy of small and medium sized supermarket, so as to establish a more simple and practical fresh product ordering mode.
