Its main characteristics are pollution, large volume, fast speed and high efficiency. It can quickly and efficiently solve the problems such as environmental pollution, traffic congestion and shortage of land resources in the city. Through studying the influence of the rail transit network planning and construction in Shijiazhuang City, the paper draws a conclusion that it has some reference value for the urban traffic planning.
