江河湖旱警水位确定分析

摘要 近年来,受全球气候变化影响,江西省部分江河湖库水位连创新低,旱情频发,严重影响城乡居民生活、工农业生产用水、环境生态用水安全。旱警水位作为防旱预警和水资源可持续利用的警示性指标,是防旱抗旱调度的重要依据。本文以江西省为例,介绍了江河湖旱警水位确定工作思路和方法,分析评定确定结果,以供志与旱警水位确定研究和防旱预警应急管理工作的部门及技术人员参考。 In recent years, influenced by global climate change, the water level of part of the rivers and lakes in Jiangxi Province has plumbed new lows. The frequent drought has serious impact on the safety of domestic water, industrial and agricultural production water and ecological water. As the warning indicator of drought-resisting warning and sustainable utilization of water resources, drought warning water level is the important basis of drought control. Taking Jiangxi province as an example, this paper introduces the thought and method of the determination of drought warning water level of rivers and lakes, and analyzes the evaluation and determination result, for relative department and personnel' s reference.
