摘要
本文主要探讨了建筑信息模型(BIM)在工程项目施工阶段的应用理论及实践方法(从3D到4D再到5D),并在此基础上对BIM技术在施工企业的应用现状进行探讨。最后结合中国国情,对BIM技术在施工阶段的应用障碍分析及解决对策进行初步探究。
This paper mainly discusses the application theory and practice method of building information model （BIM） in the construction phase of the project （from 3D to 4D and 5D）, and discusses the present situation of the application of BIM technology in the construction enterprise. Finally combined with China＇s national conditions, the barriers of the application of BIM technology in the construction phase are analyzed and countermeasures are explored.
