摘要
文中论述了轨道绝缘节阻抗在线测试仪的设计原理,以STM32F103VC Cortex-M3为核心,产生100 k Hz高频方波信号,由恒流源电路输出到被测轨道绝缘节两端,并由处理器内部高速ADC对测量点两端电压值进行采集,通过FIR滤波器滤除牵引电流回流及轨道各种频率信号,分离出能够表征绝缘节阻抗变化的信号分量,最终计算出被测轨道绝缘节阻抗值。实验表明文中所研究的轨道绝缘节阻抗在线测试仪有一定应用前景。
This paper analysis the track insulation joint impedance on-line testing instrument of the measuring principle,based on STM32F103VC Cortex-M3. Using microcontroller generate 100 kHz high frequency square wave signal as excitation. Then use the current source circuit output current loaded into the insulation at both ends of the measured track . by the internal high-speed ADC processor data sampling, Through the FIR filter to filter out the traction current return and all kinds of low frequency signals in track, the separation can characterize the insulation impedance change signal components. Ultimately calculate the insulation impedance of the measured track. Experimental results show that, the system has good a good application prospect.
