摘要 随着世界经济的发展,人力资源管理成功与否,直接关系到企业能否立足于激烈的市场竞争过程中。而企业在实际运行过程中,人力资源管理将会面对多种样式的风险。本文以人力资源管理风险的内涵为研究对象,通过SOM神经网络,建立人力资源管理风险预警模型,并对预警模型进行训练、学习和测试。并将其运用到人力资源管理风险预警中,为企业及时预防人力资源管理风险,为提出应对策略提供了详实的依据,具有较大的应用价值。 With the development of the world economy, human resources management is successful or not, directly related to the enterprises can foothold in the fierce market competition in the process of. And enterprises in the actual operation of the process, human resources management will face the risk of a variety of styles. In this paper, based on the connotation of human resource risk management as the research object, through the Serf-organizing feature Map, the establishment of human resource management risk early warning model, and the early warning model of training, learning and testing. And apply it to the human resources management for the enterprise risk early warning, timely prevent the risk of human resource management, provides a detailed basis for the coping strategies, and has great application value.
